Hourly Rate Plus Actual Material Costs
Materials are any
items used to complete the job.
In addition, a
minimal charge may be applied for any miscellaneous on-hand
materials used, such as: fasteners, hardware, adhesives, caulks,
paints, stains, tapes, putty, joint compounds, cleaners, lubricants,
sandpaper, & trash bags, etc.
Estimates of time needed to
complete a job are NOT fixed rates.
Every effort will
be made to give a fair and accurate time frame. However, it may not
always be possible to know in advance what type of problem may arise
while trying to make an appropriate repair.
